Associates of the Center are highly educated and trained professionals, competent and well-motivated, able and willing to work in teams. Teamwork and communication skills, the ability to continuously improve their own knowledge and knowledge of the users are in the function of creating user satisfaction and interested parties, raising the image of the center, etc., which is also the purpose of the Center for Quality.
Author or coauthor in more than 200 papers and 6 technical solutions and 11 books and chapters (7 in English) 4 in the field of quality, ICT and education (author of more than 30 manuscripts published in Journals listed in SCI Thompson). Participant and project manager in large number of projects in the field of quality, ICT, e-learning, University - Enterprises cooperation, Curricula development, students internship as well as innovation and technology transfer (7 TEMPUS , 2 ERASMUS +, 5 National Scientific projects). Author, project coordinator/manager or participant on more than 25 software development project. Participant in project of development of Business Start Up center, Kragujevac (University representative). Participant in a large number of scientific project or projects with industry. Manager of Center for Quality, University of Kragujevac as well as Center for Knowledge Transfer, University of Kragujevac. Member of IFIP International Federation for Information Processing – Technical Committee – TC3 Education. Member of Editorial Board in 5 International Journals. Executive Editor of International Journal for Quality Research. Vice president of International Association for Quality and Quality of Life Research.
PhD Slavko Arsovski is full professor at Department of Production and Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering University of Kragujevac, Serbia. Professional orientation of PhD Slavko Arsovski is related to the scientific fields: Production engineering, flexible automation, manufacturing systems, engineering economics, CIM systems, Quality and Business Process Reengineering. As a manager, he took part in 113 research projects and over 50 projects as a research associate. He was a mentor to a large number of theses and dissertations (12 master's and 11 doctoral work). He was organizer and training leader in 119 companies. He has published 15 books and monographs and numerous scientific papers (457), of which 197 international character, author and co-author of 18 technical solutions and 44 studies.
Professor Lazic is an active member of the collective at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac, from 1973 until today, he has actively participated in the work of a number of professional, scientific and governing bodies (Council, Steering Board, Teaching and Science, etc.) and a large number of commissions. Particularly highlighting the period from March 1983 to October 1987, when, as the Vice-Dean of Finance at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac, significantly contributed to the strengthening and creation of new spatial capacities (new laboratories of the Faculty). From 1994 to 2000 and 2002-2006 he was the head of the Department of Production Engineering.
Danijela Tadić is full professor at Department of Production and Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering University of Kragujevac, Serbia. She is a full professor on Faculty of University of Kragujevac, Serbia. Her current research interest includes multi-criteria modeling, business intelligence and applying fuzzy sets theory. She has authored or coauthored 10 books and scientific monographs, 30 papers indexed by Thompson Reuter’s list and more than 40 papers published at national and international conferences.
He participated in the development of several projects at the Zrvena Zastava group and Quality Center (e-quality, energy efficiency in GZV, the development of composite materials, the development of industrial microorganisms for the production of hard cheeses and dairy drinks - genetic engineering, organic food production, IMS in water supply, eco energy innovations, quality of life in BiH municipalities, etc.). He has published more than 100 professional papers published on scientific and professional advice and professional and scientific journals in the country, ranging from: Quality of motor vehicles (passenger cars), Innovations (in large production systems), Materials (new materials), Quality of life, Transfer technology ,Water Quality (Drinking Water), Motorcycle Recycling at the End of the Lifecycle, Eco Innovation, Eco Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Capacity of the Planet, Global Disaster, etc.
Aleksandar Aleksic is assistant professor at Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac, Serbia. He is an author of many papers published in journals indexed by Thompson Reuter’s list. His current research interest includes organizational resilience, multi criteria decision analysis and quality management. He took part in realization of several national and international projects.
Snezana Nestic is assistant professor at Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac, Serbia. Her current research interest includes performance management, engineering economy and quality management. She took part in realization of several national and international projects. She is an author of many papers published in journals indexed by Thompson Reuter’s and Scopus list.
Aleksandar Đorđević is assistant professor at the Faculty of Engineering University of Kragujevac, Serbia. His current research interest includes information science, optimization and data science. He is an author of many research papers published in journals indexed by Thompson Reuter’s and Scopus list.
Marija Zahar Đorđević is research assistant at the University of Kragujevac, working in a field of Industrial Engineering and informatics. She is engaged on the following courses: Technical drawing, Computer tools and Basics of entrepreneurial management and economics. As a PhD student she is working on PhD thesis titled “Managing the performance of business processes in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises”. He took part in realization of several national and international projects.
Hrvoje Puškarić is research assistant at the University of Kragujevac, working in a field of Industrial Engineering and informatics. He is engaged on the following courses: Basics of entrepreneurial management and economics, Engineering Tools 2, Programming of internet applications and E-commerce. As a PhD student he is working on PhD thesis titled “Development of the multi-criteria fuzzy model and software for evaluation and management of technical and technological projects”. He took part in realization of several national and international projects.
Tijana Cvetić is research assistant at the University of Kragujevac, working in a field of Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management. She is a participant at the project of the Ministry "TR 35033 - Sustainable development of motor vehicle recycling and recycling equipment". She has been participating in teaching since 2018 on the subjects of Integrated Management Systems.
The Master's thesis entitled "Model for Determining Efficiency of Supply Chain Operations" defended at the Faculty of Engineering Sciences at 10 (ten). School 2017/18. he enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Engineering in Kragujevac for Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. Since 2018 he has been employed as an associate of the Center for Quality in Research Problems in the Field of Industrial Engineering. He has published several papers both at domestic and international conferences as well as in domestic and foreign magazines. He has been participating in teaching since 2018 on the subjects of Organization of Production and Operations Research and Labor Organization.
